Indigo Yoga offers

• Classes for all levels see our schedule.
• Private Yoga Classes.  Private classes are designed to meet your personal needs and physical ability.   Private classes are typically   1 and 1/2 hours in lengthe and must be booked in advance.  $40.00 per classs
• Yoga to Go Private group /Corporate Classes. Private group classes can be booked in advance from 2- 15 people and can be structured to your needs or desired outcomes.  This may be a private yoga party or a team building activity. Rates are based on number of participants and class structure.  Indigo Yoga can  also provide classes on your site and we provide all the mats and props required.  Some past locations have been at the cottage, on the beach, at the B&B, or in the garden. Yoga to Go!
• Reiki treatments. Reiki is a natural and ancient healing art that transmits energy to stimulate and heal the body, mind and spirit.  Reiki is a method of using universal life force energy that surrunds us to enhance well being.  There is no religion involved.  Reiki is pure positive energy.  Through a hands-on method, reiki is used to bring peace and balance to the mind, body and spirit.  Reiki appointments are approximately 1 hour in length.  The person recieving treatment remains fully clothed and we request that all jewerly and watches be removed prior to treatment. $50.00 per treatment
