Far Infrared Suana
Infrared Suana is a safe and gentle way to rid your body of harmful toxins.  This is a warm but not extremely hot heat that will allow you to breath without effort warming the body slowly.  Relax, bring a book, listen to music or meditate while the suana does the work.  Towels and water provided.
