Through a series of yoga poses we will build strength and increase flexibility as we connect with our physical and emotional well-being. This truly balanced practice brings deliberate intention and focus as we release tension and connect to positive energy.

First Wednesday of Every Month 7:45-8:30 p.m. Guided Meditation
Relax and connect to your true self through guided meditations designed to bring about peace and well being. When we reduce stress and anxiety we make decisions from a place of calm and wisdom. This is a great class for beginners and those who already meditate.

Start the day with Sun Salutes in this vigorous morning practice designed to wake you up and kick start your day. This vigorous practice will leave you feeling refreshed, revitalized and ready to start your day.

Thursdays 6:30-7:30 p.m Yoga for Relaxation
This class begins with a flow of gentle postures before moving on to restorative poses. Instructor-given shiatsu massage during the restorative postures will allow students to fully surrender to relaxation.
Gentle
Fridays 9:00-10:15 am Awakening the Body Gentle Yoga
The focus of this class is to gently move the body slowly increasing flexibility and building strength in gentle supported poses using props and modifictions. When we awaken the body and draw awareness to where we hold tension we can begin to release it through gentle yoga poses. Gentle
Saturday 9:00-10:30 am Power Yoga
This class brings in all the elements of a flowing vigorous practice together, as we connect the mind and body to the rhythm of breath and inspire your greatest potential. A great class to detoxify the mind and body while building strength and power.

Sundays 10:00-11:00 am Gentle Yoga
This gentle flow is designed as an easeful class leaving you light and happy in body and mind. Focusing on body, mind connection through breath movement and intention. Great way to start a Sunday
